What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a confidential partnership where coach and client collaborate to maximize potential both personally and professionally.  The client gets a dedicated thinking partner to navigate the areas of life that are demanding attention.  Coach and client focus on skills and action to successfully produce the desired results. 

Coaching honours the client as the expert in his/her life and/or work and believes that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. 

Who gets coached?  Simply, coaching is for anyone who wants to take their personal and professsional lives to the next level.  Here’s a little secret…..when you get coached in one area of your life, the benefits spill over into other areas as well.
